Specification review & negotiation including the list of additional owner's requirements (if not stated within the build specification) between builder & prospective buyer.

General Arrangement Plan review.

Liaise with the Flag State.

Liaise with the classification Society (if permitted by the builder).

Liaise with interior & exterior designers.

Technical Spaces & Equipment including Deck Machinery & Navigation review & evaluation.

Evaluation of third party tenders, subcontractors & providers.

Owner's representation during progress evaluations, stage payment evaluations, quality control, & witness to various commissioning stages.

Monitoring progress of surveyable items (both Flag & Class orientated items).

Advise on C&M, Registration.

Periodical progress reporting on project development. 

Drafting of acceptance criteria if required.

Sea trial & commissioning witness prior to delivery.

FAT, HAT and SAT documentation review.
